New post before it is next summer...

I owe all of you faithful blog readers an apology. I haven't blogged since last June, which means I have some catching up to do. I am putting in a wide aray of pictures in the last 7 months. The good news is we are doing well. We had a very busy but great summer. We haven't done too much as far as vacationing. The economy continues to make things very interesting and challenging in the business world. Supposedly, the bottom is behind us and we are on the mend. I pray that they are right.

Greta has grown and changed at an amazing rate. She is talking a lot and smiling even more. She is the light of our lives and we are very blessed to be her parents. Day care is going well and she is learning things each and every day.

Our new home is definately "home" now and we are really enjoying living here and raising Greta. We were very lucky to have most of Kristi's family here for Thanksgiving. We had a very good time, but, as usual, it was way too short. The Washington folks did get to experience subzero temperatures for days on end. It was VERY cold the whole time so we just hunkered down and enjoyed each other's company.

We went to Cut Bank for Christmas this year. We are very lucky to be able to alternate Christmas with Kristi's family and my family. My brother and step brother and step sister were home as well. Greta got to spend time with her cousins and had a ball.

Oh, the Bobcats had a GREAT football season. This is my cousin Brian and I enjoying a frosty treat one fine fall morning. The Bobcats are really looking good. The Eastern Washington Eagles won the National Championship last night and the Cats beat them during the season. Maybe next year, we go all the way.

Mom, me and G in the back yard. You can see in the upper left hand corner of the picture, the farmers are getting their crop in. Our back yard borders a field of grain.

g_pumpkin
Greta with her pumpkin she picked out at the Pumpkin Patch. They pull a trailor behind a tractor and take kids to the patch to pick out their own pumpkin. Greta really had fun and so did her Mom and Dad.
