Busy 4th of July, and Kristi's 35th on the 3rd...Happy Birthday to my wife!!

Kelsey and Trent (Kristi's sister Sandi's kids) came to Montana from Olympia on Sunday. They stayed with the Grover's in Garrison Sunday and Monday and then on to Bozeman to see Greta on Monday afternoon. It was great to see them. It is amazing how they are young adults and not kids anymore....even you Trent, Trent, Trent. Kristi showed them the town and we dined at Ted's Montana Grill on Tuesday night.

The office was closed on Friday for Kristi's birthday. We packed up the motorhome and headed East. We went to Red Lodge to meet up with Katina and Michael from Wisconsin. Katina is a good friend of Kristi's and they hadn't seen one another since before we knew we were pregnant. It was an emotional reunion and we enjoyed our time for 2 days at the KOA outside of Red Lodge. We went to town Saturday for the parade and parked down by Rock Creek. Red Lodge puts on a good celebration and we may need to go back.

On Sunday, we started back by way of the Beartooth pass and camped Sunday night in Yellowstone at Pebble Creek Campground. It was very peaceful and relaxing and we would love to camp there again. We were up early this morning and back to Bozeman by 11. Just in time to spend the day unpacking, cleaning the motorhome and getting some laundry done.

Weekly sweet face picture from the best kid in the world.
I love this picture for obvious reasons......

Clinton's Band playing Thursday night for "Music on Main". It is a fun thing to do in the summer to listen to some music and spend time with friends. The Clinton's always put on a great show and they are always a must see.
Not so great family photo, but certainly proof that we were there.
The Zanto family less Brent at Music on Main.

Cousin Kelsey and G. Oldest and youngest grandchild for Fred and Angie.

Trent and Kelsey with Greta. Anyone have a spare car they would like to send to the junk pile......give it to Trent.

Katina, Greta and Kristi in Red Lodge. Great to see you and Michael.
G and Kristi playing in the swing in Red Lodge. She absolutely loved it. Still waiting for something she doesn't want to do......or like to do......

G and her Dad.....me.

Picture at the rest stop on the way to the top of Beartooth pass. Wow, what an incredible drive. The weather was great and the motorhome handled it with ease. Family photo on the pass. We were there at exactly the same time as a family performing a funeral service for a loved one. There was some swirling wind at the time. They all dumped ashes of the deceased which, needless to say, were blowing everywhere.

Kristi and G in her fancy new backpack. It makes it nice to take hikes and have hands free for the beasts.

G with a look of confusion as to why she was placed in this contraption. I was able to make it a bit more comfortable by raising the seat a bit.
